Whispering Pines is a small hobby kennel located in Central Louisiana, owned by Wanda St. Pé. We have been raising pure bred dogs for over 40 years. Our goal is to breed quality AKC Limited Registered Shiba Inus and prepare them for life in their new homes. Limited Registration means the puppies will have registartion papers as pets only, without breeding rights to have their litters registered.

We reside on 10 acres of land and our dogs have plenty of room to stretch their legs and run around. We believe this keeps them active, happy, and in good temperament.   Countless hours are spent every day with our dogs. Each and everyone gets the loving attention they deserve making them the ideal companion.

Each dog we own is part of the family. All of our Shiba puppies come complete with a guarantee of good health. The puppies will have their first shots before going to their new homes.  We ship our puppies anywhere in the continental United States and have many satisfied customers all over the country.
